Oral presentations
The plenary sessions will consist of short presentations of selected
papers, see the
programme.
Please check time and date of
your presentation and your allocated time (10 or 15 minutes).
The file containing the PowerPoint presentation should be burned on to a
CD-R disk and handed to the person responsible for the projection at the
speakers preview room one session ahead of the session in which their
presentation is scheduled, i.e. authors presenting during the morning
sessions should hand out their presentations during the afternoon
session a day before.
Digital projection facilities will be available, as well as an overhead
projector. Please note: 35mm slide projection facilities will not be
available. A standard IBM PC with MS PowerPoint 2003 will be used for
the presentations. All presentations will be in English, and there will
be no translation.
Please note carefully
your allocated time. The programme is tight and the below mentioned
timing will have to be strictly respected.
One minute is reserved
for exchange of speakers and therefore please note that you have in fact
only 9 and/or 14 minutes of time for your presentation. The speaker will
be reminded 1 minute before the Chairperson will end the presentation.
Please let the
Organising Committee know if you
require any additional projection facility.
